So apparently my parents’ friend ate bean soup and gave birth to her daughter the same day and then two weeks later my mum unfroze that same bean soup and ate it and then gave birth to me.

I just set a cooking glove on fire.
I was helping mum with the cooking and due to my superior level of clumsiness she assigned me the “fool-proof” task of stirring some stuff that was on the stove. I had a glove on the hand I was holding the cooker with and it somehow reached the fire, and next thing I know, I’m throwing a glove covered in flames off my hand and in the sink.
“Fool-proof” my ass.
